We do not sell personal information. You may opt out of certain sharing.

7. Information We Process for Our Clients

Fintra processes information about funeral-home clients' customers and families on behalf of our clients to deliver marketing and communication services. Our clients control that data; we process it per their instructions, our agreements, and this policy. Families may direct privacy requests to their funeral home or to us — we'll route them correctly.

8. California Privacy Rights

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including:

  • Right to know categories and specific pieces of personal information
  • Right to delete personal information (with exceptions)
  • Right to opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information)
  • Right to non-discrimination

Version 2.1 (July 7, 2026) updated our data retention and deletion practices, added Section 7 describing information we process on behalf of our clients, and aligned this Policy with our Terms of Service.
